You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, current information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

• We work to display products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, and the handmade or natural nature of some items.
• Prices are shown in your selected currency, converted from our base currency (Nigerian Naira) using prevailing exchange rates; the amount charged may vary slightly with the rate and your payment provider.
• All products are subject to availability. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or discontinue items at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully verified through our payment partners (such as Paystack, Stripe, or PayPal). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or stock. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and shown before you complete checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Nigeria and worldwide through trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your order, and shown before checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier delays, or other factors outside our control. Any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Certain items, including bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for return.

7. Design & Sourcing Services

Where you engage our design consultation or sourcing services, specific scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees will be agreed with you separately. Quotations for sourced or bespoke items are valid for the period stated and may change with supplier pricing and exchange rates until confirmed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Vee Homes and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use
