Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your space. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Vee Homes.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order pieces.
  • Clearance or final-sale items, where marked.
  • Items that have been used, assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Sign in and open the order from My Orders, or contact us directly.
  2. Tell us which item(s) you’d like to return and why.
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions and the return address.

You can also start a return quickly by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@veehomes.co.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, in the currency of the original transaction. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Exchanges

Prefer a different size, finish, or item? Let us know and we’ll help you exchange where stock allows, subject to any price difference.
